Kat is a highly skilled HR professional who has worked in the UK, Europe and North America. She enjoys unlocking the potential in people and plays a key role in helping our staff to flourish.
During her career, Kat has worked in HR within the automotive, education, retail, hospitality and public sectors. At ForrestBrown, her responsibilities range from recruitment to wellbeing. Kat is also working towards becoming an occupational psychologist and will use those skills to support our team and help us grow.
An associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), her specialisms include organisational design and development, learning, training and performance coaching. She is a qualified Neuro-linguistic programming practitioner and a positive intelligence coach. Kat has a Master of Science degree from the University of the West of England.
In her free time, Kat is an active participant in marine conservation initiatives. She also coaches and mentors as part of a youth programme to support upward socioeconomic diversity.
