Sara is the head of marketing at ForrestBrown. She is responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy and leading the marketing team. She ensures our marketing activity drives lead generation and business growth. And by effectively communicating our expertise and values, that we continually educate and raise awareness within our markets.

Before working for ForrestBrown, Sara had accumulated considerable experience working both client-side and agency-side. This included a role at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, working on their prestigious Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters.

HMRC R&D tax credit statistics 2017

Published last week, HMRC’s research and development (R&D) tax credits statistics are good news for innovative businesses, and good news for the UK economy. All of the statistics are moving in the right direction, with both total claims and the amount of relief up by 20%. The average claim value has increased for SMEs and for large companies, to £61,514 and £348,916 respectively.

ForrestBrown shortlisted for two Business Leader 2017 awards – entrepreneur of the year and employer of the year

We’ve got big smiles on our faces, as we have just found out that we have been shortlisted for two new awards, including employer of the year and entrepreneur of the year. These are at the Business Leader Awards, an event which celebrates business success in Bristol and the South West. The shortlists were compiled by 14 expert business people from the region who studied 180 applications.
