Sara is the managing director at ForrestBrown, a role she stepped into in 2021.
As managing director, Sara is dedicated to upholding our proud position as the market leader for R&D tax relief. She’s leading the charge to champion higher standards in the industry and will ensure we continue to provide a superior level of service to our clients.
Before joining the ForrestBrown team, Sara built up considerable experience working both client and agency-side. She specialised in marketing, PR and communications for a range of companies.
She spent nearly three years as the senior marketing manager for the World Economic Forum in Geneva. There, she worked on the prestigious and globally renowned Annual Meeting in Davos-Klosters.
Sara joined ForrestBrown in 2016 as marketing manager, then quickly progressed to head of marketing. She moved into associate director and director roles over the following five years, where she took a leading role in business strategy and partnership growth.
In her position as managing director, Sara guides the leadership team and helps to drive the direction and growth of the company.
She also continues to establish meaningful partnerships so ForrestBrown can reach a wider audience – something she still finds one of the most exciting parts of the job.
Sara’s other passion is people and she’s keen to encourage the development and progression of the rest of ForrestBrown’s team. In particular, she wants to pay back some of the faith and confidence the leadership team put into her journey.
Sara credits ForrestBrown founder Simon with giving her the freedom, opportunities and support to succeed within the business, and looks to emulate that attitude with the next generation of talent.
