Kerry joined ForrestBrown in 2014 and Kerry is a HR manager with extensive experience in operations and client services. She plays an essential role in keeping our team motivated, engaged and performing at a high standard, which is critical to ForrestBrown delivering exceptional client service.
Kerry started her career in the hospitality industry, she then spent nearly a decade at a global career and talent management consultancy, progressing from an administrative role to a client services manager.
She brought her positive attitude and aptitude for organisation to ForrestBrown in 2014, when she took the role as office manager and PA to founder Simon Brown.
After starting a CIPD HR qualification in 2017, Kerry showed a commitment to employee development and engagement. She moved over to our people team permanently in 2019 and now holds a level five qualification from the CIPD to underpin her natural people management skills.
Kerry has been involved in a number of crucial projects in her time at ForrestBrown. These include helping to develop and implement a new structure which ensures clients have access to a multi-disciplinary team. That means we can provide the best technical knowledge from the onset every time.
As a HR manager, Kerry’s chief purpose is to ensure that our employees are engaged and motivated in their work. She provides training on leadership as well as diversity and inclusion, and looks after our employees’ wellbeing.
