If your claim is in good shape, we’ll say so. We won’t suggest changes for the sake of it if you’ve already captured eligible activity and expenditure appropriately.

If we see areas of potential risk or uncertainty, we’ll flag them clearly – so you can take informed, proactive steps to reduce exposure.

We’ll assess whether your methodology reflects current best practice, giving you confidence that your process is robust and defensible.

We’ll provide context on how your claim sits against industry norms – helping you understand whether your position is broadly in line with others in your sector or warrants closer attention.

How Claim Clarity works?

Claim Clarity is free, straightforward and non-disruptive.

The review is typically completed within two weeks and requires minimal documentation and involvement from your team.

Your information will remain strictly confidential, and we will not contact your adviser at any stage of the process.

Feedback call

This will give us an opportunity to ask questions and walk you through our findings – highlighting any opportunities to optimise claim value, areas of potential risk, and where your current approach is already working well.

We’ll present our recommendations and discuss any actions you may wish to take.

If you decide to implement any changes, we’ll agree the scope and fees upfront before undertaking any further work.
