Before joining ForrestBrown, Tom held senior executive roles in the innovation incentives sector, including launching a new operation in the US. Under his leadership, the US practice became one of the most successful operations in its global group. He has also overseen the development and launch of multiple new service lines, helping organisations access a wide range of innovation-focused funding opportunities.
Throughout his career, Tom has worked closely with some of the UK’s largest and most complex businesses, helping them unlock substantial value through well governed, strategically aligned innovation funding. His deep sector knowledge, commercial acumen and commitment to high standards make him a strong advocate for transparent, compliant and sustained funding support.
