Following her studies at Cardiff University, where she gained a first-class honours degree in economics, Lucy started her career at Deloitte. During her time there she specialised in employment tax, consulting on areas such as employment status, IR35 and expenses & benefits. Lucy has also gained international R&D experience, having embraced an opportunity to work for BDO Australia in the Indirect Tax Team.
