Tolley’s has announced it’s 2025 Taxation Awards shortlist, with ForrestBrown’s multi-disciplinary consulting team – FB Consulting – nominated in the Best Tax Disputes/Investigations Team category.
The team supports businesses both large and small with targeted, strategic consulting advice and in recent years has risen to the challenge of an increasingly complex compliance landscape, which has seen HMRC enquiries rise from 1% to around 20%.
FB Consulting maintains a focus on delivering the best possible outcome for businesses, regardless of where the original claim was prepared, and has achieved some impressive results. HMRC’s increased focus on compliance has resulted in businesses turning to ForrestBrown even when they have prepared their R&D claim elsewhere to support them through the enquiry process.
We’re delighted to see their efforts publicly recognised and look forward to celebrating at what promises to be a brilliant evening for the tax industry on Wednesday 7 May at the Hilton Park Lane, London.
