Specialist capital allowances support
The distribution element of the business means that space is needed to store medications and process orders. ABSM purchased warehouse premises to support this, which were developed in two phases. The first to remediate the premises and ensure the building’s structural integrity. The second, to undertake internal improvements and fit out the warehouse for the business.
In that second phase, various improvements were made, including fitting a kitchen and toilets, updating the cladding and installing new drainage. Some of this fit out work was eligible for capital allowances relief, which ForrestBrown was able to support.
