Rob is one of our resident specialists in digital technology. He supports our chartered tax advisers in identifying and articulating the technological advances that our clients make in this sphere.
His background is in digital agencies. Rob graduated with an interactive media production degree from Bournemouth University and became a web developer. He built up many years of experience before holding senior positions at both Harte Hanks and Mr B & Friends.
He also has a strong pedigree working on mobile applications, including native iOS apps for large corporate events and the popular TV series Breaking Bad.
He has been heavily involved in global marketing campaigns. These have included Samsung Mobile’s sponsorship of The Avengers: Age of Ultron movie; and Toshiba’s sponsorship of the football World Cup; and Microsoft’s work with the British & Irish Lions. Rob has also worked on business-critical back-office integrations for his clients.
With his client-side experience, Rob knows what it is like to be the competent professional for a company claiming R&D tax credits. This insight helps our clients relate their innovation to the R&D tax credit framework.
