Natalie is an associate director with extensive experience in operational and project management. An expert in delivering complex technology projects, she ensures our workflow processes are optimised, so we can work efficiently and maintain industry-leading service levels.
Her background in operational and programme management spans two decades. After graduating from Stellenbosch University in South Africa, Natalie forged a career in Cape Town working in business intelligence and project infrastructure.
Natalie then moved to London, working within project management teams to support partnerships, operations, customer-facing teams and product delivery.
Joining ForrestBrown in 2016, Natalie started as a business process manager, before becoming a senior operations manager and now an associate director.
In her current role, Natalie manages all of our technology applications, software development, data management and reporting to assist with the management of complex client requirements and fact-driven decision making.
That includes ForrestBrown’s technology roadmap and live applications. The primary objective of our bespoke software solution, which manages claims, is incorporating all offline touchpoints into a single source of truth.
The platform allows for increased collaboration, visibility and accountability, and auditable actions, enabling better decision making in a robust and secure environment.
Natalie’s main driver is developing technology, reporting and processes that support ForrestBrown’s long-term goals.
That means defining how technology differentiates ForrestBrown in the market and that it can support and scale as the business grows. Natalie’s hard work in this area and keen eye for efficiency improvements help to ensure we are future-proofing the business.
