Holding a sociology degree from the University of the West of England (UWE), Emily brings a diverse skill set to the ForrestBrown team. With a background in financial services, she spent three years in Human Resources at a top global insurer, initially in recruitment and later as an HR Advisor.
Upon joining ForrestBrown, Emily commenced her journey in the global services team, collaborating closely with our parent group, alliantgroup. In the role of Client Support Consultant, she worked with clients in the United States, guiding them through the process of claiming the Employee Retention Credit—a government funding incentive.
Having transitioned to the business growth team, Emily currently plays a pivotal role in fostering relationships with various associations and their members. Her focus is on helping clients access innovation tax reliefs through collaborating with accountant partners and the wider business to identify opportunities, as well as overseeing our proposals and tendering process.
