Chris is a chartered tax adviser (CTA) with more than a decade of experience, including at the Big Four. He provides technical tax expertise to our business growth team, bringing a valuable perspective gained through experience delivering R&D claims for clients.
After six years with KPMG, Chris made the switch to ForrestBrown. He now focuses on helping companies to benefit from the transformative power of R&D tax relief and other innovation incentives as well as working with large and complex organisations to support in-house finance teams. With his understanding of the insurance world, Chris takes a particular interest in fintech and financial services more broadly.
Being an ultra-marathon runner helps to give Chris the mindset to break big goals down into manageable chunks and deliver them for our clients. He is a natural communicator and is passionate about forging lasting partnerships.
After earning a Master’s in Economics and Finance from the University of Bristol, Chris qualified as a chartered tax adviser specialising in life and Lloyd’s insurance, advising global companies such as Zurich on their tax position in the UK.
